Prior to this role, Gaughan held the position of President and Regional Director for Huntington Learning, managing three centers that specialized in educational services for students aged 6-18 and achieving accreditation status. Gaughan began a career at Cigna Financial Services as a Senior Financial Consultant, focusing on strategic planning for business owners. Gaughan holds an MBA in Business from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Economics from Lycoming College.
