Kendal Flatley is an experienced educator and photographer based in San Francisco, California. Currently serving as a Sixth Grade Teacher for the Archdiocese of San Francisco since August 2014, Kendal has designed innovative curricula centered on 21st Century learning principles and utilizes technology such as iPads to enhance student engagement and presentations. Previous roles at the Archdiocese included teaching English to 7th and 8th graders and managing diverse classroom environments from 1st to 8th grade. Additionally, Kendal has experience as a Certified Yoga Teacher and runs a lifestyle photography business that captures significant life moments for couples, families, and newborns. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Teaching from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Studio Art from Santa Clara University.
