The Leadership Team at the Archdiocese of Seattle is responsible for strategic decision-making and operational oversight across the organization. Comprising the Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Parish Administrator/COO, the team collaborates to ensure effective management of resources, enhance community engagement, and support the spiritual and administrative needs of the 169 parishes and missions within the Archdiocese.
