Dan Griffis

Dan Griffis is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Sr. Director at ADM Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, since June 2020. In this role, Griffis focuses on stage-agnostic investments within nutrition, health, climate, and bio-solutions, while also serving as a Board Observer for several companies, including Bond Pet Foods and Innovafeed. Griffis holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where roles included co-chair of the Entrepreneurship & VC club, and has experience in venture capital through previous positions at iSelect Fund, Cultivian Sandbox Ventures, and Zymergen, alongside an analytical background in investment banking at Progress Partners.
