Lucas Jonasch is a seasoned engineer with notable experience in test engineering and mechanical design. Currently serving as the Lead Test Engineer - Battery Abuse at Archer since November 2023, Lucas previously worked at Tesla as a Test Engineer focusing on factory and cell abuse, where deep analysis of failure modes and heat transfer experiments were conducted.
