Meladye Shively

Meladye Shively has extensive experience in technical support and program management, currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Archer Integrated Risk Management since June 2013. Throughout this tenure, Meladye has held various roles in technical support, advancing from Technical Support Engineer I to Senior Manager. Prior to this position, Meladye worked at Prairie Quest, providing technical support for a large customer base, and at the State of Utah, where comprehensive support services were delivered to multiple state agencies.
