Dat Hoang is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and business development, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate at Arches since December 2024, where Dat connects industry professionals with consulting opportunities to support informed business decisions. As a Co-Founder of Wet Nose Pet Spa since October 2023, Dat has turned a passion for pets into a business that offers a safe and welcoming environment for pets. Previously, Dat worked as a Recruitment Consultant at PERSOLKELLY, focusing on the banking and finance sector, and held multiple roles at PwC Vietnam, including Senior Associate and Recruitment Associate, specializing in recruitment policies and branding events. Dat began a career in hospitality as an Assistant Bar Manager at Red Hummingbird. Dat's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Science and a Diploma in Business, both from La Trobe University.
