May Lam

May Lam is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client partnerships and commercial strategy. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Client Partnerships at Architech since October 2019, May Lam previously held various leadership roles at GroupBy Inc. as Director of Client Solutions and at Points, where responsibilities included Director of Delivery Services and Senior Project Manager. With a strong foundation in client services established at Computershare Document Services and CIBC Mellon, May Lam's career also includes technical consulting at Rogers Communications and an early role as a Research Analyst in Investor Relations at Scotiabank. May Lam holds a B. Comm in Information Technology Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Information Management from Ryerson University, alongside credentials from the Project Management Institute.
