Şule Hatun Avşaroğlu is currently serving as the Chief HR, Governance and Sales Officer at Architecht since October 2022. Prior to this role, Şule held various positions at Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası, including Human Resources Vice President and HR Business Development Senior Supervisor, focusing on HR policy and business development, organizational development, compensation and benefits, flexible benefits, performance management, career management, and rewarding systems from March 2005 to October 2022. Şule completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Istanbul Bilgi University from 2007 to 2009, and holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Economics and International Relations from the same institution, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
