John Lingamfelter has extensive experience in procurement and contracting, currently serving as the Chief of the Design & Construction Acquisition Branch at the Architect of the Capitol since July 2019. Prior roles include Associate Chief and Contracting Officer in the same branch, as well as Acquisition Manager at CACI International Inc. from November 2015 to July 2019, and Procurement Financial Analyst at WestRock. Prior to these positions, John served as a Contracting Officer in the United States Air Force from October 2008 to May 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Troy University and a degree in Economics and Business with a focus on Financial Management from the Virginia Military Institute.
