Architectus
Jess Bruce is an experienced People Partner at Architectus, beginning in June 2021, with a solid background in human resources across various organizations. Previous roles include Human Resources Advisor at Crown Resorts from June 2019 to June 2021, and contract Human Resources Advisor at Emerson in 2018. Jess also held positions such as HR Consultant and HR Coordinator at Eclipx Group from December 2016 to November 2018, and served as Recruitment Lead and People & Culture Coordinator at Stillwell Motor Group from December 2015 to December 2016. An early career involved working as a Recruitment Assistant at Veritas Recruitment in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Deakin University.
