Pat Monis

Pat Monis has extensive experience in human resources and account management, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources - Health & Welfare Benefits at Archon Group since March 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing all benefit-related issues. Prior to this role, Pat was a Senior Account Manager at Aenta, Inc. from September 1988 to February 2008, managing a diverse portfolio of 20-25 Middle Market Key Account clients, negotiating renewals, and focusing on client retention. Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Studies from Vermont College.
