Ralph Sykes has over 20 years of extensive experience as a Senior System and Database Administrator at Goldman Sachs and Archon Group, where expertise includes working with various Oracle databases (12c, 11g, 10g, 9i), DataGuard, RAC, and Data Warehousing on multiple operating systems. Ralph's role involves full-cycle Oracle project deployment, with a strong focus on problem-solving across the OS, network, database, application, and end-user levels. Prior experience includes a position as a Database Administrator at AT&T from 1988 to 1996.
