Ben Cody

Ben Cody is an experienced recruitment and management professional with a strong background in information technology and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Branch Manager, National Recruiting Manager, and Senior Lead IT Recruiter at Archon Resources since April 2021, Ben has also held the position of Senior IT Recruiter at DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) from September 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included establishing recruiting requirements and collaborating with management. Prior to that, Ben was a Recruiting Manager/Talent Acquisition Specialist at CSI Oklahoma from January 2011 to September 2017, managing a team of technical recruiters. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, where marketing and recruitment for homecare nursing positions were primary tasks, as well as serving as Office Manager at Security Finance. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Rogers State University.
