Tyler Bickel

Tyler Bickel, CPA, MBA, serves as Accounting Manager and Tax Accountant Lead at Archrock since August 2015, where responsibilities include managing complex federal and state returns for a publicly traded partnership, leading compliance projects, and implementing efficiency improvements in tax processes. Selected for the Leadership Development Program in 2019, Tyler has successfully communicated tax requirements across departments, negotiated significant tax agreements, and championed the transition to electronic documentation. Prior experience includes serving as Tax Manager and Senior Tax Accountant at Melton & Melton, LLP, overseeing tax compliance projects and training new hires. Tyler holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and advanced degrees in accountancy from Texas State University.
