Jim Rhoda is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in telecommunications and utility project management, currently serving as a Senior Outside Plant Project Manager at Archtop Fiber since December 2022. Prior to this, Jim held various roles at Central Hudson, including Senior Telecommunications Systems Designer, where oversight of microwave and fiber optic networks was a key responsibility. Jim's tenure at Verizon spanned over a decade, during which significant achievements included managing construction management centers and leading project management efforts for fiber deployment. Jim's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Norwich University and a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University, complemented by a B.S. in Business, Management, and Economics from SUNY Empire State College.
