Lj Perceval is a seasoned property management professional currently serving as the Senior Property Manager at Archway Communities since March 2022. With extensive experience in property management, Lj has held various titles including Multi-site Community Manager at Gorman & Company and Senior Community Manager at Rocky Mountain Communities, where oversight of a portfolio of 290 units and initiatives to combat homelessness were key responsibilities. Lj is also an accomplished artist and poet, having published works since childhood, with a significant contribution to Nevada Young Writers in 1990. Additionally, Lj founded DtLV Collective to promote cultural and economic growth in Downtown Las Vegas and co-founded Kidz Creative Korner to support children's artistic expression.
