Mark A. Tarini

Mr. Tarini joined ArcLight in 2002 and has 35 years of energy finance and private equity experience. From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Tarini was the Chief Financial Officer of two private equity investment funds focused on equity investments in the power segment: EP Power Finance and Energy Investors Funds Group. Prior to this, Mr. Tarini was Vice President of Finance for Legeis Resources, a developer of alternative energy and waste management facilities. Mr. Tarini began his career as a Manager in the Utility and Real Estate practices of Arthur Andersen & Company. Mr. Tarini earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College.
