Anders Grillone currently serves as the Design/Build Manager at ARCO Design/Build since May 2021. Prior to this role, Anders held multiple positions at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from January 2019 to May 2021, including Project Senior Engineer and Project Engineer, contributing to significant projects such as the Meridian 1&2 and Meridian 3 Solar Facilities. Earlier experience includes a Preconstruction Intern and Intern Project Engineer at McCarthy, as well as various roles including Driver/Guide at Holland America - Princess and Route Manager/Sales Representative at Alterra Pest Control. Anders also dedicated two years as a full-time volunteer for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Anders received an education from Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2014 to 2018.
