Paula Chaud

Paula Chaud is an experienced product manager currently overseeing the e-commerce excellence center at Arco Educação since July 2022. In this role, Paula is focused on enhancing revenue and profitability in the B2C sales model through pricing optimization, increased adoption, cost reduction, and process simplification. Paula also managed the credit products at Arcopay, where significant improvements in product anticipation were achieved. Prior to joining Arco Educação, Paula held various financial roles at Ambev from January 2019 to July 2022, advancing from a financial analyst to financial supervisor, overseeing asset control, accounts payable/receivable, and credit analysis. Paula's early career includes coordinating marketing for Cursinho Popular Pirassununga, focusing on student retention for low-income individuals, and conducting scientific research on harmful fungi in the pet food industry. Paula holds a bachelor's degree in food engineering from USP and is currently pursuing further education at Tera.
