Garry currently holds the position of Vice President - National Director Business Development & Strategic Initiatives at ARCO/Murray since February 2019. Garry previously worked at GSW Ventures, Ltd. as a Managing Principal, offering real estate advisory and transactional brokerage services as well as educational design services. From 2016 to 2019, they served as Head of Sales and Lead Client Solutions & Business Development Executive at Enova Decisions. Garry also worked as a Managing Principal at Vista Industrial Aggregators, LLC and as a Managing Director - Industrial Capital Markets at JLL. Garry spent a significant part of their career at First Industrial Realty Trust, working as a Senior Vice President and National Director, leading the Integrated Industrial Solutions (IIS) initiative and managing international client relationships and national accounts.
Garry Weiss, SIOR holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Garry has also obtained additional certifications including CCIM and SIOR.
