Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Senior Project Manager at Norcon, Inc. from January 2008 to November 2016, and briefly worked as an intern at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction in 2007. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University, completing the program from 2003 to 2007.
