Matthew Clive

Matthew Clive is a Senior Metallurgical Process Engineer at Arconic since December 2021, providing technical process support in the hot rolling manufacturing area and serving as an Ambassador for the Arconic Foundation. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Quality Engineer at Alcoa from August 2012 to December 2021, focusing on Nadcap accreditation for Heat Treatment and continuous quality improvement within the plate technical team. Matthew also has extensive experience in international trade development, having served as an International Cluster Coordinator at Advantage West Midlands from October 2005 to July 2011 and as an International Trade Assistant at the Government Office for the West Midlands from August 2004 to October 2005. Matthew holds a BA (Hons) in Global Business Management from Bournemouth University and a Level 5 Diploma in Quality Management from the Chartered Quality Institute. A-levels were completed at Menzies High School & Sixth Form in Geography, Physics, and Mathematics.
