Cody Ellis

Cody Ellis, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Arcoro since June 2025, following a tenure in the same role at Spear Education from October 2023 to June 2025. Prior to this, Cody held various finance leadership positions at Truckstop, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Finance, as well as Corporate Controller. Additional experience includes serving as Finance Manager at Thornton Oliver Keller and Senior Manager at the Finance PMO for Micron Technology. Cody's career at Micron Technology also encompassed roles as Manager of Intercompany Accounting and Financial Accounting Supervisor. Early in the career, Cody worked as a Senior Accountant at Jensen Poulsen & Company, PLLC. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from Boise State University, earned from 1998 to 2003.
