Carl Damon

Carl Damon, CPA, currently serves as Director of Finance and Business Operations at ARCOS LLC since February 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager at Field Nation, where Carl was instrumental in the development of the FP&A function and complex financial models. Carl has also held positions as Finance and Operations Director at Highland Marina, leading redevelopment and financial planning post-disaster, and as a Business Consultant at Titan Armor, focusing on client service operations for R&D tax credits. Earlier roles include Vice President of Strategy at Mincom, where Carl developed acquisition strategies and facilitated a significant corporate sale, and Director of Financial and Strategic Planning at Exclusive Resorts, responsible for long-range planning and budgeting. Carl's career commenced as a Senior International Tax Planning Analyst at Ernst & Young, following a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Kansas.
