Shawn Massey

Shawn Massey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and managed services. Currently serving as Global Vice President of Managed Services at Arcserve from April 2022 to January 2025, Shawn has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales for the Americas and Vice President of Sales Engineers for the Americas. Prior to Arcserve, Shawn was Director of Sales Engineers for North America at StorageCraft Technology, LLC, where responsibilities included SaaS sales and negotiation. Previous positions also include Sales Engineer and Director of Field Services at StorageCraft, Director of NetAssist at Camera Corner Connecting Point, and Director of Technology and Information Services at Notre Dame Academy. Shawn began a career as a Corporate Technical Trainer at Productivity Point International and holds degrees from Northern Arizona University and Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology.
