Rob Craig

Rob Craig is a seasoned professional in training and development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Training and Development at Arc'teryx Equipment since March 2022, Rob also held similar positions at Earls Kitchen + Bar and lululemon, where responsibilities included onboarding, team-building, and community engagement initiatives. With a foundational background in aquatic supervision at the Kelowna Family YMCA and program coordination roles, Rob demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering active and creative play through initiatives like Random Acts of Play. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Workplace Learning from the University of Calgary and dual Bachelor's Degrees from Dalhousie University in Business Management and Recreation and Leisure Studies.
