Allen Peck is an accomplished Engine Development Engineer at Arctic Cat, with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Previously, Allen served as a Dyno Operator/Tech at Polaris Industries and gained valuable experience as a Build Technician at VIA Motors, converting gas vehicles into electric hybrids. During academic years at BYU-Idaho, Allen led the Baja Racing Team, focusing on design and engineering of mechanical systems for competitive racing, and developed an innovative dirt bike dune flag bracket, “Flagship,” which was presented to motorsport retailers. Allen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho and a Master of Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University. Prior experience includes managing agricultural operations and machinery as a Ranch Foreman/Mechanic, demonstrating strong skills in operations management and mechanical maintenance.
