Tim Lukas Leinert is a seasoned professional in the gaming and creative industry, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Arctic Game since May 2023, focusing on building a sustainable creative industry in North Sweden and mentoring indie studios through the SpielFabrique’s European Videogame Accelerator Program. As a Co-Founder of SØDEBRØD BY LUCKEY and a former Team Lead at North Kingdom Design, Tim has managed multiple Supercell projects, providing mentorship in product development. Previous experience includes roles as Product Owner at Mindforce Game Lab and Project Manager at DesignPsykologi, where principles of behavioral psychology were applied to enhance user experience. Tim holds a Master of Arts in Cognition and Communication from Københavns Universitet and multiple undergraduate degrees in Cinema and Media Studies and Art History.

Arctic Game
Arctic Game is an organization that is working to create a strategic platform for the game industry in northern Sweden; with business development, investment support, game educations and events to build a strong games community. We are creating an opportunity for studios to grow and give individuals the chance to enter the industry. Arctic Game is a collaboration between the municipalities Umeå, Skellefteå, Piteå, Luleå and Boden. In this area there are about 75 game companies and studios, about 500 professionals working in this industry and 14 game educations at university and higher vocational educations. Arctic Game is now northern Europe’s fastest growing games cluster.
