Charlie Smith

Charlie Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Charlie is currently employed at Arctic Wolf as the Senior Vice President, Global Acquisition Pre-Sales Engineering, where they are responsible for managing the global acquisition pre-sales engineering team. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, North American, Pre-Sales Engineering at Arctic Wolf.

Charlie has also worked at ServiceNow as the Director - Solution Consulting - AMS West Strategic Accounts and as the Senior Manager - Solution Consulting - Enterprise and Major Accounts. In these roles, they led and managed a team of Solution Consultants, helping customers replace outdated work patterns with intelligent workflows.

In addition, Charlie has been a mentor at Genesys Works Twin Cities and a member of the Genesys Works Technology Advisory Council. Charlie started their career at EMC, serving as the Pre-Sales Systems Engineering Manager and Information Technology Consultant.

Before joining EMC, Charlie worked at ProVation Medical and Digital Basics, Inc. as a Field Implementation Engineer and Systems Engineer/Sales Representative, respectively. In these positions, they provided technical support and implemented software solutions for clients.
