Kim Kraemer

Kim Kraemer serves as the Senior Manager of Learning & Development and Engagement at Arctic Wolf, where responsibilities include establishing the HR learning and development function and supporting employee engagement in the Waterloo office. Prior roles include a Manager of Learning and Development at Arctic Wolf, where Kim developed the first L&D function, and various HR positions at Sandvine, Rockwell Automation, Agfa Healthcare, Mitra Inc, Bell Mobility, and Staples Business Depot. Experience encompasses instructional design, eLearning, LMS administration, and leadership development, alongside certifications in feedback tools and course delivery. Kim holds an Hons. B.Comm in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph.
