Michael Fischer

Michael Fischer possesses extensive experience in information security and software engineering, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Information Security at Arctic Wolf since July 2022. Michael is also the Owner of Advertent Solutions, established in 2006. Previously, positions held include Director and Senior Manager of Product Security at GoTo, Senior Application Security Engineer/Senior Software Engineer at MaritzCX, and various roles at ProPay, Caradigm, GE Healthcare, Adaptec, Acer America, and Packard Bell. Michael's educational background includes a PhD in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Security from Capella University, an MS in Software Engineering from National University, a BS in Computer Science from National University, and an AS in Computer Programming from Antelope Valley College.
