Shannon Rondeau

Shannon Rondeau is a seasoned professional in sales and customer success management, currently serving as Director of Customer Success and previously as Customer Success Manager at Arctic Wolf since November 2021. Shannon specializes in managing customer relationships and achieving renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling techniques and effective negotiation. Prior to Arctic Wolf, Shannon held positions as a Wholesaler at Symetra and as Manager of Corporate Sales Trainer at SanMar, where responsibilities included corporate sales training for a leading sportswear supplier. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of the National Sales Desk Trainer at Jackson National Life Distributors, where training materials for the sales team were developed, and as a Wholesaler assisting financial advisors. Shannon earned a BA in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder from 1998 to 2002.
