Max Stähr has a diverse work experience in the fields of robotics, technology, and automotive industry. Max started their career as a Stipendiat at Siemens VDO Automotive AG in 2005 before moving to AUDI AG as a Praktikant and later as a Diplomand in 2008. In 2009, they joined Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt as a Projektingenieur and worked there until 2015. Max then worked at AUDI AG as a Function Developer in the Autonomous Driving and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems department from 2015 to 2018. Following that, they founded and served as the CEO of realcon GmbH in 2018. Currently, Max holds the position of CTO-Robotics at arculus since 2019.
Max Stähr attended Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in the field of Elektro- und Informationstechnik.
