Erica has a background in consulting at McKinsey & Company, where Erica held various leadership roles. Erica also serves as a Fellow at Unreasonable, a Board Member at DE Sustainable Chemistry Alliance, and a Board Member at the University of Delaware. Erica holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
