Kristian Willetts

Kristian Willetts currently serves as the Director of Programs at Ardent Technologies Inc, where responsibilities include managing federal government contracts and ensuring program alignment with strategic goals. Previously, Kristian held key positions at Peerless Technologies, including Director of Enterprise & Cyber, and led a successful RFI/RFP process for major contracts. As a Program Manager and Senior Systems Engineer, Kristian effectively guided a team in deploying a toolkit used by over 500,000 Air Force users. Other roles include Computer Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at the United States Air Force and Jacobs Technologies LLC, respectively. Kristian earned a Bachelor of Science in Management/Computer Information Systems from Park University and has significant experience in software development, systems engineering, and IT management.
