Frank Kuestner has a diverse work experience across various companies. Frank started their career at Wacker Chemie in 1998 as a Management Trainee and later served as a Project Manager for New Technologies, Deputy eBusiness Program Manager, and B2B Online Shop Manager. In 2005, they joined QIAGEN as the Director of Global eCommerce and later became the Director of Global B2B eCommerce. In 2016, they moved to ARDEX Group as the Head of Digital Strategy, and from January 2019, they took on the role of Head of Corporate Unit Digital Transformation (CDO Role).

Frank Kuestner attended Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in International Business (Diplom Kaufmann). In 1994-1995, they participated in the Erasmus Program at BI Norwegian Business School, focusing on International Business. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1990, Frank completed the Siemens Stammhauslehre program, earning a degree in Industriekaufmann.
