Benedetta Delsedime

Benedetta Delsedime is currently serving as a Private Equity Off-Cycle Analyst in the Expansion Team at Ardian since January 2025. Prior experience includes an internship as a VC Investor at 360 Capital, where Benedetta contributed to strategic investment decisions across three venture funds with a combined AUM of €500M and successfully managed the investment process for multiple startups.
