Magda Lewandowska is a Senior Bioinformatician at Ardigen since September 2021, previously serving as a Bioinformatician. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Researcher role at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from February 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities encompassed experimental and computational biology, bioinformatic analyses of transcriptomic and epigenetic datasets, functional studies on antiviral innate immunity of N. vectensis, and viral metagenomics, alongside collaboration in large research projects and scientific writing. Magda Lewandowska holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology from the Medical University of Lodz, where studies were completed in English from 2012 to 2017, and also earned a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology (Medical Biotechnology) from the same institution. Additional training includes Advanced Python for Biologists, Programming in Biology, and a Workshop on Molecular Evolution from esteemed institutions such as Earlham Institute, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, and the Marine Biological Laboratory, respectively.
