Jim Heilmann has extensive work experience in the retail and entertainment industry. From 1998 to 2018, they worked at Brookfield Properties Retail as the Senior General Manager of Fashion Show Las Vegas. In 2018, they joined AREA15 and initially served as the Venue General Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Expansion and Development at AREA15.
Jim Heilmann attended Northern Illinois University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics. In October 2001, they also earned a certification as a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSCM) from the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
