Earlier experience includes roles as Attractions Manager at Stratosphere Tower Las Vegas and Ticket Office Supervisor at MGM Grand, demonstrating a strong background in operations, customer service, and safety management. JP's educational foundation includes a high school diploma from Desert Pines High School.
