Kell Rilett

Kell Rilett has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and medical field. They started their career as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Columbia University, where they researched biomarkers in patients with Schizophrenia. After that, they worked as a Senior Medical Writer at BGB Group. In 2018, they joined AREA 23 on Hudson, An IPG Health Company, initially as a Medical Strategy Director, and later promoted to the role of VP Medical Strategy Director. Their most recent position is at Area 23, where they currently hold the position of VP Medical Strategy.

Kell Rilett earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from McMaster University in 2007. Afterward, they pursued a Master's Degree in Neuroscience from 2007 to 2009 at the same institution. Later, from 2009 to 2013, Rilett obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neuroimmunology, still at McMaster University.
