Vladka Hronkova has extensive work experience in procurement and management roles in the telecommunications industry. Vladka started their career in 1999 as a Network Operation Center and Call Center Manager at Zephyr Communications Czech Republic. Vladka then worked as an Account Manager at Aliatel a.s. from 2001 to 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Senior Account Manager at TeliaSonera International Carrier. In 2008, they became the Managing Director for Czech and Slovak Republic at Arelion, where they also held roles as the Head of Local Access Procurement department and the Head of Carrier & Colocation Procurement. Vladka was responsible for global network procurement, managing teams, contract negotiations, vendor management, and CRM system process flow. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Buyer for Backbone Procurement at Arelion and as a BID Manager for Arelion and TeliaSonera International Carrier. In the BID Manager role, they were responsible for sales support, profitability calculations, market knowledge presentations, internal communication, and coordination among different departments. Overall, Vladka Hronkova has a strong background in procurement, management, and sales support in the telecommunications industry.
Vladka Hronkova holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law from Charles University. Vladka has also obtained additional certifications such as "Women in Leadership: Becoming an Agent of Change" from MIT Professional Education and an edX Verified Certificate for Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract from edX.
