Prior to joining Berkshire, Cheryl was Vice President of Human Resources for LifeBridge Health, a regional health care system. As President of the Maryland Association of Affirmative Action Officers (MAAAO), Cheryl leads the association’s efforts to advance equal opportunity in the public and private sectors. She also serves as a Board Member for Thread, Inc., an organization based in Baltimore, MD, that harnesses the power of relationships to create a new social fabric of diverse individuals deeply engaged with young people facing the most significant opportunity and achievement gaps.
