Jeannette Carneiro McLaughlin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Arent Fox since January 2019, Jeannette co-leads the Life Sciences Industry Group and focuses on business counseling, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and strategic alliances. Previous roles include Partner at Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP and Feinberg Hanson LLP, where Jeannette specialized in corporate governance and private equity transactions. Earlier career positions include significant contributions as a Business Associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart, LLP, Brobeck Hale and Dorr, and Brown Rudnick Freed & Gesmer LLP, gaining expertise in cross-border transactions and high-stake deals.
