Jim Lyle

Jim Lyle is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business law. Since January 2019, Jim Lyle has served as a Partner at Arent Fox. Prior to this, Jim Lyle held the position of Partner in the Business Law Group at Posternak, Blankstein & Lund LLP from March 1994 to January 2019. Jim Lyle began a legal career as an Associate at Bingham McCutchen from 1989 to 1994. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor (JD) from Suffolk University Law School (1985-1989), an MBA in Finance from Babson College, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics (1975-1979).
