Jon Bouker

Jon Bouker is a seasoned legal professional with substantial experience in both public service and private practice. Currently a Partner at Arent Fox since April 2003, Jon Bouker previously served as Chief Counsel for the Office of Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton and as Minority Counsel for the Committee on Government Reform and Oversight in the U.S. House of Representatives from April 1995 to April 2003. Jon Bouker holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Georgetown University Law Center, obtained between 1992 and 1995, and a Bachelor's degree in Government and History from Georgetown University, completed from 1988 to 1992.
