Tim Feighery

Tim Feighery is a Partner at Arent Fox LLP, where Tim leads the firm's international arbitration and dispute resolution practice, a position held since February 2013. Tim previously served as Chairman of the U.S. Foreign Claims Settlement Commission after being nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate. Tim's extensive experience includes roles at the U.S. Department of State as an Attorney Adviser for international matters, Deputy Special Master at the 9/11 Compensation Commission, and Chief of Section in the Legal Services Branch at the United Nations Office in Geneva. Additionally, Tim is an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School, teaching courses in International Law and EU Law. Tim earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law.
