Sierra Karch currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Areté Collective, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Sierra worked as the People Operations Lead at Faeth Therapeutics from July 2022 to April 2024 and held various HR roles at Instil Bio, including Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist, from October 2020 to July 2022. Sierra's experience also includes working as an Associate Specialist in Human Resources at Merck and as a Human Resources Coordinator at both Peloton Therapeutics and Major Medical Supply. Early career development included serving as a Fund Accountant at ALPS, A DST Company, and as a Financial Crimes Specialist at Wells Fargo. Sierra holds a Master of Business Administration from Drake University, earned in 2023, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa, completed in 2014.
