Evelin Biffar

Evelin Biffar is an accomplished professional in food science and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Engineering and New Plant Engineering at Arethia since October 2024 and previously as Betriebsleiterin at sebamed. With extensive experience as Engineering Director at Richter-Helm BioLogics and Head of R&D for Dry Ingredients at DöhlerGroup, Evelin has a strong background in R&D and technology application. Prior roles include Head of Product Development at Uelzena eG, offering expertise in strategy development and innovation management, and a consultant in interim management focusing on new production and packaging lines. Evelin's long tenure at Dailycer Group saw leadership in food process engineering, product development, and lean management.
